Because much of our work is custom-built, our refund policy reflects the nature of the personalized services we offer.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized nature of our consulting deliverables—including but not limited to SOPs, training documents, onboarding materials, and strategy sessions—all sales are final once project work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

 

• A written cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment, and no project work has started.

• CHIC Group is unable to fulfill the services outlined in the agreed-upon service scope due to internal limitations (not including client non-responsiveness or delays).

• In the event of a duplicate payment, a full refund of the overcharge will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

​

No refunds will be issued for:

 

• Custom SOPs or training materials once delivered or partially developed

• Strategy sessions or consultations that have already taken place

• Delays caused by incomplete or missing client input
